Who we are

SmmPanelPilot operates as an independent SMM reseller panel. We resell and route orders through third-party providers and supplier networks. We choose our supply sources at our own discretion and do not disclose our suppliers, provider accounts, partner panels, technical routing, pricing sources or internal procurement methods.

We present services to users under the SmmPanelPilot interface. Provider availability, delivery speed, refill availability, cancel availability and final delivery quality may depend on third-party systems outside our direct control.

Privacy

We collect account data such as email, username, password hash, API key, language, currency, balance, order history, support tickets, payment-related records and technical logs needed to operate the service. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Order links, usernames, channel names, post URLs and quantities are processed so that orders can be created, checked, canceled, refilled, refunded, supported and audited. Some order data may be shared with upstream third-party providers only when needed to fulfill an order.

We use cookies for login sessions, CSRF protection, language preference and currency preference. We may keep security logs to prevent abuse, fraud, spam, unauthorized access and service disruption.

Terms of service

By registering or placing an order, you confirm that you are responsible for the legality, safety and platform compliance of the accounts, channels, posts and links you submit. You must not use SmmPanelPilot for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized access, impersonation, platform abuse or any activity that violates applicable law or the rules of the target platform.

Services are provided as-is. We do not guarantee exact start time, exact completion time, permanent retention, platform reactions, account outcomes, search ranking, viral reach, revenue, audience quality, public reputation, moderation outcomes or any specific commercial result. Counts may change after delivery because social platforms audit, remove or recalculate engagement.

Prices, limits, service availability, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, refill/cancel support and delivery estimates may change without notice. Before creating orders, SmmPanelPilot may refresh provider data and pricing to avoid selling services below cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmmPanelPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reputational, account-related, platform-related or business losses caused by service use, delayed delivery, partial delivery, third-party provider changes, social platform updates or user-submitted links. Our maximum liability for a disputed order is limited to the amount actually paid for that specific order, usually handled as a balance refund when technically possible.

Refunds and support

Refunds are not automatic. If an order is canceled, partially delivered or technically impossible to fulfill, we may credit the unused balance according to service status, provider response and internal logs. Completed orders are normally not refundable.

Support can request order IDs, links, screenshots or account details needed to investigate a problem. We may refuse support or close accounts for abuse, chargeback fraud, malicious behavior or attempts to bypass security.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms when our service, providers, security practices, pricing model or legal requirements change. Continued use of SmmPanelPilot after an update means you accept the updated terms.
